Rob Nolasco has been involved in English as a Foreign Language since 1970. He was part of the senior management of The British Council managed ESP project at King Abdulaziz University, Jeddah. Between 1981 and 1983 he was a Project Director with the Overseas Development Administration in
Angola, and with The Centre for British Teachers Ltd. in Morocco.
